The ARC consists of at least three resident volunteers whose purpose is to review improvements neighbors intend to make to their properties. Their purpose is to ensure that the neighborhood has a consistent look in accordance with our Covenants.

Therefore, all new structures (and modifications to existing structures), including fences, buildings, paint colors, and walls, must have prior written ARC approval.

Complete the ARC application and email to Steve Peters, or drop off at his home, 1320 Cornerstone Court.

Allow at least thirty days for processing.
